Payment, Cancellation, Modification and Refund Policies

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking and full payment will be taken to secure the reservation.
Credit cards accepted: Visa, Master Card and American Express.
The rates are based on starting date of the activity.

Cancellations made 3 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival are fully refundable.
Cancellations or modifications of products made 2 days prior to your scheduled arrival: products will be non refundable but will be exchangeable in resort against following products: snow school, equipment rental, day care, ski lift tickets, activity cards, brunch of equivalent or superior value. Administration fees apply.
Cancellations or modifications made from the day prior to your scheduled arrival: products are non refundable, not exchangeable.

Additional fees may apply to the lodging portion when the products are part of a package.
Additional fees may apply on any modification made upon arrival.
There will be no refunds once the vouchers have been delivered.
A $25 charge per reservation plus royalty and taxes will be applied to all cancellations or modifications of snow school, daycare, equipment rentals or lift tickets.
A charge of $10 per reservation plus royalty and taxes will be applied to all cancellations or modifications of activity cards or brunch.
