Good to know informations and tips about your purchase at the Snow School or rental equipment, getting lift tickets or an activity cards or at the daycare (Kids Club).

Snow School

Where to go & what you should have on hand

If you didn't book accommodations with Intrawest Central Reservations, you should go directly to the Adventure Center, located in Sommet des Neiges building (getting off of the Cabriolet, to the right) with the:

  • Reservation number
  • Name under which the reservation was made

If you booked accommodations with Intrawest Central Reservations, your vouchers will be available directly at your hotel. You must then present yourself, with contract or voucher on hand at the indicated meeting point (written on your voucher) with the:

  • Voucher or contract given at your hotel reception upon check-in

Rental equipment

Where to pick up your equipment

At the Adventure Center in Sommet des Neiges building (getting off of the Cabriolet, to the right).

If you are staying at the Fairmont Hotel: The pick-up center is located on the first level of the Hotel at the Sport 360 Rental Center, (Opening hours available at the reception desk)

Express rental: Preparation of your equipment prior to your arrival

In order to reduce your waiting time, we would like to prepare your equipment prior to your arrival. To do so, you must fill out the appropriate online profile rental form for each member of the family or group who has reserved equipment (age, weight, height, and ability level and foot size in centimeter or inch). You can access this form by clicking on the following link. Please fill out the form as soon as possible.
Express Rental service

If you don’t have access to internet or if you have booked less then 72 hours prior to your arrival, please call the Express rental Center, with the necessary information at 1 866 783-5712.

Return Policy

Rental period begins nn the date that the guest requested the equipment when making the reservation. In the case of a hotel delivery and if the delivery is requested before 2pm, the rental period begins the same day. If the delivery is requested after 2 pm the rental period begins the following day.

  • If the equipment is not returned by 10:00 AM following the last rental day, a charge will be added for each extra day.
  • If the equipment is stolen or lost, guest will be charged full retail value.
  • In case of breakage by act of negligence (ski or snowboard) guest will be charged an additional $75

What you should have on hand with you to pick up your equipment

If the guest didn't book accommodations with Intrawest Central Reservations:

  • Reservation number
  • Name under which the reservation was made
  • Credit card for authorization (will be used as a guaranty)

If the guest booked accommodations with Intrawest Central Reservations:

  • Credit card for authorization (will be used as a guaranty)
  • Voucher or contract given at your hotel reception upon check-in

Lift tickets & Activity cards

Where is the ticket pick up & what you should have on hand

If you didn't book accommodations with Intrawest Central Reservations, you should go directly to the ticket office with the:

  • Reservation number
  • Name under which the reservation was made

If you booked accommodations with Intrawest Central Reservations, your tickets can be picked up directly at your hotel.

Daycare (Kids Club)

Where to go & what you should have on hand

If you didn't book accommodations with Intrawest Central Reservations, go directly to the Kids Club, located in Sommet des Neiges building (in the arch) with the:

  • Reservation number
  • Name under which the reservation was made

If you booked accommodations with Intrawest Central Reservations

  • Vouchers should be picked up at your hotel reception upon check-in
