The triathlon racing season will be launched in style on June 8, 2013, with the Triathlon Mont-Tremblant. More than 1500 athletes will jump in the waters of Lac Tremblant at 8:30 a.m. at Beach and Tennis Club to conquer the swimming, biking and running courses, including sections of the IRONMAN courses, to cross the finish line at the heart of Tremblant's pedestrian village.
Different areas to cheer on the athletes have been set up. Bleachers are installed at the Parc Plage to see the athletes come out of the water, as well as at the finish line at Place des Voyageurs. The transition area is located in the VIP parking at the feet of the mountain.
You will be able to see the athletes on the course, but will only be able to do so by foot since most of the roads surrounding the village will be closed for the event.
The swim course is held in the pristine waters of Tremblant Lake. It starts from Beach and Tennis Club and ends at the Parc Plage.
