Club de ski Mont-Tremblant will hold a speed training camp for its developing athletes on Jasey-Jay Anderson trail from January 20 to 23, 2014. Speed control is a very important aspect of the learning process for these future champions. On average, a high level ski racer, like Erik Guay, catches speeds of 110 km per hour and can sometimes reach as much as 140 km per hour.
The Club de ski de Mont-Tremblant holds the Canadian record of athletes that have reached the ranks of the national team, such as Erik Guay, Canada’s most decorated ski racer in history with 21 podiums on the Alpine Skiing World Cup circuit. Mont Tremblant Resorts and Company is proud to encourage developing athletes by allowing them to access a ski trail dedicated to training.
