 In alpine snowboarding, there's nothing better than a beautiful, long, well-groomed run. When I'm home, I make it to the First Tracks and train with Tremblant’s team. Days like these are priceless!

Summary As a member of the Canadian National Team, Ariane races on the World Cup circuit since 2009. She got the 3rd position in the parallel GS snowboard World Cup in Sochi in 2013, her best to date. Ariane was Canadian Champion in parallel slalom in 2011 and 2014.

Objective

Continue to pursue her goals and to progress by accumulating a maximum of podiums on the World Cup series.


Other interests

In addition to training on a full-time basis, Ariane provides consultations at the clinic Action Sport Physio Mont-Tremblant. She wants to encourage athletes and active people to opt for a healthier diet to reach their full potential and achieve their objectives. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in nutrition from the University of Montreal in 2008. She also got her sport nutrition diploma from the International Olympic Committee. During her free time, Ariane also practices other sports such as cycling, kiteboarding, yoga, tennis and running.
