The Verification Committee is responsible for approving the financial statements audited by the TRA before they are submitted to the Board of Directors for approval. It is also charged with overseeing the financial reporting process, reviewing internal controls implemented by management, and ensuring the reliability of all reported information. The Verification Committee acts as a liaison between the external auditor and the Board of Directors.
