Our chefs planned for you a delicious 4 services menu than will please even the most delicate tastes :

  • Medley of fine lettuces, crispy spinach with citrus & coriander dressing
  • Velouté of small roots vegetables with crunchy apple & pear
  • Stuffed turkey filet with oyster mushroom & candied cranberry, ‘jus corsé’
  • Fresh market vegetables
  • Chocolate delight with Sortilège flavour fruits
  • Coffee, tea or herbal tea
