RENTAL POOL
Les Suites Tremblant has been mandated to manage the majority of all rental pools at Tremblant Resort.

The Operator (Les Suites Tremblant) is responsible for:

  • rental of units;
  • promotion of units;
  • housekeeping services after a guest stay;
  • Repairs caused by a hotel guest or one of its employees;
  • Maintenance of units on behalf of owners.

The management system set by Les Suites Tremblant, aims to maximize the rental pool revenues while meeting expectations of both the owner and common guests.


Owners' Responsabilities:

  • Cannot rent his unit himself Remits Owner Reservations Notices as per schedules;
  • Respects owner occupation restrictions according to the hotel's regulations;
  • Ensures personal belongings are kept in a locked closet;
  • Uses Les Suites Tremblant's housekeeping staff to clean his unit, such service will be charged to owner;
  • Pays installation costs for T.V. cable and hotel telephone line, and related monthly charges;
  • Reimburses maintenance costs of unit ;
  • Is responsible for redecorating the unit, replacement of the furniture and all equipment as requested by the operator.


Rental Pool responsibilities:

  • Produces and issues statements 30 days following the end of each accounting period.
  • Deposits the net revenue distribution 30 days following the end of each accounting period;
  • Remits audited annual financial statements;
  • Manages owners', and their guests' reservations. 
     

GENERAL INFORMATION

Rental revenue distribution and statements
Statements are issued 30 days following the end of each accounting period. The distribution is made through electronic deposit in a Canadian bank of the owner's choice.

Owners reservations
All reservation and change to reservation requests must be made in writing.  Duly completed Owners Reservation Notices must be sent back to the Rental Pool Service as per deadline, procedures and restrictions.

Owners' Guests
As an owner, you can make reservations for family members and friends, however you are responsible for these reservations.  For security reasons, owners must supply the name of their guests when making such reservations.  In conformity with our confidentiality Policy, only the owner can contact Les Suites Tremblant to discuss owner reservations or make changes to them.  Only the person whose name appears as the registered guest can obtain a key to access the owner's unit.


Owner stays
Arrival time is from 4:00 p.m. and departure time is before 11 a.m.. At check-in, an access card to your unit and all common areas will be given to you along with one indoor parking pass valid for entire stay. Upon departure, you must return the access card and indoor parking pass to the Front Desk.

Any unpaid balances remaining on your account, whether occurred by you or your guests, will be deducted from your unit's revenues. Please inform your visitors that they must park their car in the exterior parking lots.

Housekeeping
During an owner's stay, no housekeeping service is provided. However, should you require such services, you must request it by contacting Housekeeping at least 24 hours in advance. The related costs will be deducted from your unit's revenues.

Maintenance & repairs
Les Suites Tremblant is responsible for any damage caused by acts of break-ins, theft or vandalism resulting from rental. Maintenance and repair charges not covered by the warranty or by the Repair and Maintenance Program or not resulting from rental damage, will be deducted from unit's revenues.
