Why can't I see the hotel / property name?
We hide the property names until you have booked which gives us the opportunity to provide rates on unsold inventory we would never been able to otherwise offer. This results in prices that are below and often significantly below published room rates that you might see with a travel agent or another travel site including our site! Anonymity for the hotel means a great deal for you!
When do I see the name of the hotel / property?
Once you book your room, within minutes you will be receiving an email showing you the hotel's complete information, including its name and exact location.
What information do I see prior to booking my room?
You will see the general location (ie: Tremblant Village), bedding configuration, star rating, and basic room amenities.
Once booked can I make changes to my reservation?
In order to offer you the best rate possible all bookings are final and fully non-refundable.
Can I book these deals through the call centre?
No. Our Last Minute Deals are only available online. Even our reservation agents do not have access to this unsold inventory! However should you encounter any challenges during the reservation our reservation agents will gladly walk you through the process. Our agents will be happy to help you with any additional information on your accommodation once your reservation is completed. Please have your reservation number ready upon calling.
Can I add activities and additional products to my reservation?
Yes, but only at least 3 days prior to your arrival.

Star Ratings
Our selection of accommodations have been rated and assigned stars to help make your travel decisions easier. The star categories are as follows:
	Luxury accommodations for the sophisticated traveler. Typically offering complete personal service, deluxe surroundings and the highest standards of comfort with the most extensive facilities and services.

	Superior accommodations geared toward the discriminating traveler offering excellent hospitality and customer service. They may offer a wider range of amenities and services.

	Comfortable accommodations offering above average facilities and services with amenities.

	Modest accommodations suitable for those seeking value over atmosphere. They may offer limited on-site facilities and services.

	Economy accommodations geared to the budget traveler. They are clean, basic and offer minimal facilities and services.

	Indicates an accommodation choice that falls between full-star ratings.

Villas/Condos	These smaller properties may not include all the amenities of a hotel. The star rating should be used as a guideline for general comparison.

Our star ratings are based on many factors including, but not limited to, accommodations, facilities, services, price and overall quality. These star ratings are updated as frequently as possible but cannot be guaranteed accurate. They are intended only as a guide to help with your vacation planning decisions.

Following terms and definitons are based on CITQ (Corporation de l'Industrie Touristique du Québec) documentation.

Hotel:
Establishments offering lodging in one or more adjacent buildings. Classified on a scale of 0 to 5 stars.

Chalet, Condiminium, Home, Townhome:
Tourist homes according to CITQ are furnished cottages, apartments or houses with a kitchenette and one or more bedrooms. Classified on a scale of 0 to 5 stars.
