To enter the 2013 Tremblant Golf Survey Contest, hereafter “the contest”, you must complete the survey questions and enter your personal information on the entry form found at the end of the survey. The survey will be available to all golfers who played a round during the 2013 summer season.
Entries must be made by the authorized account holder of the email address provided during the entry. "Authorized account holder" shall mean the natural person to whom an Internet access provider, a provider of online services, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) assigns an email address. The supplier shall be responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the email address provided for the contest.
Limit of one (1) entry per person for the contest period. Subsequent entries from the same person or from the same email address will be invalid. Any attempt by any person to use multiple email addresses to participate more than once may result in disqualification, all at the sole discretion of Mont Tremblant Resorts and Company, LP ("the Contest Organizer").
Contest begins June 15, 2013 around 9:01 a.m. (EST) and ends October 25, 2013 at 23:59 p.m. (EST).
The draws will be held on July 2, August 2, September 2, October 2 and November 2, 2013 at approximately 10:00 a.m. at the offices of the contest organizer located at Mont Tremblant Resort. On every draw date, one (1) entry will be drawn electronically at random from all eligible entries received through the survey. The first entry chosen at random will be eligible to claim a prize. Participants whose name has been chosen must answer a mathematical skill-testing question and otherwise comply with this regulation to receive a prize. The odds of winning the grand prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

The contest is open to legal residents of Canada and the United States of America who have reached the age of majority in the province or state in which they reside.
Are not eligible for the contest: employees of the contest organizer, Intrawest ULC ("Intrawest"), their parent and affiliated companies, their sponsors, their advertising and promotional agencies, members of their immediate family (parents, children, siblings) their legal or common-law spouses and members of their households. Void where prohibited. The contest is subject to applicable federal provincial and municipal laws and regulations.
The winner will be notified by email or by phone by a contest organizer representative. Details regarding the recovery of the prize will then be discussed with the winner. Should the winners fail to reach the contest organizer in the week following the initial email or phone call notifying that they are eligible for the prize, the contest organizer may, at its sole discretion, cancel the draw and proceed to draw a new winner that will have to follow the same rules established in the present paragraph.
5.1 All prize claims are subject to verification by the contest organizer. Incomplete or late entries will automatically be rejected. The decision of the contest organizer is final and cannot be appealed.
5.2 The prize must be accepted as is and may not be transferred to another person, substituted for another prize or exchanged in whole or in part for money.
5.3 The prize winner releases the contest organizer and their representatives of all responsibility for any damage they may incur from the acceptance or use of the prizes.
5.4 By participating in this contest, the winner authorizes the contest organizer and their representatives to use, if required, the winner's name, photograph, image, voice and declaration of their prize for publicity purposes, without financial compensation.
5.5 All contest entries become the property of the contest organizer and shall not be returned.
5.6 In the event that for any legally justifiable reason, including bankruptcy of one or more sponsor, or any other reason beyond the contest organizer's control, and not related to the winner, a prize may not be awarded as described by the present rule, the contest organizer may award a similar prize of equal or greater value, or, at their discretion, the cash value of the prize. In such a case, anyone who wins the prize renounces any legal actions or appeals against the contest organizer.
5.7 The refusal to accept a prize releases the contest organizer from all obligations related to the said prize, including delivery of the prize.
5.8 The contest organizer will not be held responsible for late, lost, misdirected, illegible or incomplete entry forms, which would be cancelled. All entries must be original and must be submitted by the participant. Multiple entries, reproductions and faxed registrations are prohibited. The participant may eventually have to demonstrate ownership of the email address used for entry to contest organizer.
5.9 If the Internet portion of the contest cannot operate as specified in these rules for any reason, including a virus or "bug", computer tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the contest organizer and which affects, alters or corrupts the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this contest, the organizer has the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest, in whole or in part.
5.10 Quebec residents only. Any litigation regarding the conduct or organization of this contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec (the "Régie") for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of the prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
