How can I buy my membership?

When is the best time to buy my pass?

To take advantage of our best deals, purchase your pass during the spring for the next season. Contact Guest Services for more details.

How do I book online?

First, choose the pass or card you want and add it to your cart. Then follow the reservation steps as they appear on the screen, verify the information and proceed to payment.

Can I pay for my pass by installments?

Unlimited Season Passes, Alternatives Passes as well as Snow School weekend programs can be paid in 4 installments as part of a purchase program. To take advantage of this opportunity, you must visit our Guest Services Desk between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. before May 27, 2014, and provide a valid photo ID, a void check and a credit card number for guarantee. You will then receive a contract including complete terms and conditions. The 4 installments will be automatically taken from your bank account on July 15, August 15, September 15 and October 15. A $25 administrative fee applies.

Do I have to pay Provincial Tax and Goods and Services Tax on my pass or card?

Yes, passes are subject to both taxes. A royalty corresponding to 3% of the indicated price will be added to your invoice for all goods and services. This royalty corresponds to the percentage of contribution settled by the Tremblant's Resort Association.

How can I buy my pass or card?

In the case of a renewal, your 2014-2015 season pass or card will automatically be reactivated on the pass or card from the previous year. Only students from 18 to 29 years old obtaining a student pass must present themselves in one of our multi-services counter with a photo ID and full-time student proof (student card with picture and schedule of courses) in order to reactive their card.

For new pass owners, go to one of our multi-services counters with a photo ID. A proof of age will be requested for all the following passes: peewee, children, youth, student, senior and master. Students must present a student card and a schedule of classes (full-time only).

What date do you refer to for age categories?

The age reference date is September 30, 2014 for all age categories.

Unlimited Season Pass

What is a Parent Pass?

A Parent Pass is a pass to share between parents. Both pictures will be on the card. One parent at a time can use the lifts. Must be purchased with a child season pass (12 years and under). All privileges are included. This pass is valid 7 days a week.

What are the conditions for family passes?

Family passes must consist of a minimum of one adult Unlimited Season Pass and one child Unlimited Season Pass (aged 3 to 25). Passholders must live at the same address.

Can I benefit from an age-related discount if my birthday occurs during the season?

The age reference date is September 30, 2014. However, if you turn 65 (senior) or 75 (master) during the season you can pay for your pass at our Guest Services Desk when it's most economical and wait to pick-up the pass on your birthday.

Can I cancel a Season Pass?

The season pass is refundable until the first day of the season and non-transferable. It is valid for the season it has been purchased for and cannot be carried into the next season if unused. Under special circumstances, season passes may be cancelled. All cancellation fees will be based on days used and are subject to an additional cancellation fees. All cancellations will be set up as a "Tremblant mountain money credit".

Exclusive Privileges

Sublime Pass

Where can I pick up my Sublime Pass?

You will be able to pick up your pass at our Guest Services Desk located at Chalet des Voyageurs or at our multi-services counter at the base of the mountain. A valid photo ID is required.

Does the Sublime pass include First Tracks?

No, but it is possible to purchase them on a daily basis for $21 per day (+ taxes and royalty).

Can the Express Lift Access be combined to the Sublime Pass?

No, the Express Lift Access is only offered to 7-day season Passholders.


How does it work when I have different products on my pass or card?

Example: I bought a T-66 Pass and a Latitude Card.

Your T-66 Pass is a priority on T-66 days. If you come on a non-T-66 day, one of your Latitude Card days will be used until they are used up, unless you come during the restricted period of December 26, 2014 to January 2, 2015. If you have the ADR option and you come during the restricted period or if your Latitude Card days are already used, you will be charged for a lift ticket including the discount effective on that day.

Do you offer a student pass?

Students from 18 to 29 years old can purchase a Student Pass without privileges upon presentation of a full-time student proof such as a student card and a schedule of classes.

How can I purchase my Aquaclub La Source Membership?

The Aquaclub La Source Membership offers an access to the fitness centre (16 years old and over), hot tubs, sauna and 5 pools. Soap, shampoo, towel, locker with lock and hairdryer are included. Take advantage of the special rate offered to season passholders directly at La Source.

What should I do with a lost or stolen Tremblant Pass?

Immediately report your lost or stolen Tremblant Pass at any Guest Services counter. A service fee of $5 will be requested to reprint your Pass. This fee is non-refundable.

Should I keep my Tremblant Pass from year to year?

Your Tremblant Pass is connected to your online profile. The Pass must be reused from year to year and any new purchase of ski products will be automatically added to your Pass. A service fee of $5 will be requested to reprint your Pass. This fee is non-refundable.
