Validity
- Family passes are valid every day, from the first to the last day of the ski season.
- Family passes must consist of a minimum of one (1) adult Unlimited Season Pass and one (1) child Unlimited Season Pass. Passholders must live at the same address.
- Parent Pass to be shared between two parents to ski with a child 12 years old and under. Only one parent at a time can use the lifts.
- The age reference date is September 30 of the current year.
Purchase
- Purchase online, by phone at 1-866-253-8235 (toll-free) or 819-681-3000 (ext. 70601) or in person at our Guest Services Desk at Chalet des voyageurs.
- Parent Pass cannot be purchased online, only by phone or in person at our Guest Services Desk at the Chalet des Voyageurs.
- Montagnard (property owners) memberships cannot be purchased online.
- The Toddler Pass is free and must be picked up at our Guest Services Desk located in the Chalet des Voyageurs.
Refund
- Can be refunded up to the first day of the ski season.
- Access the cancellation policy.
Restrictions
- Passes cannot be transferred.
- Peewee and Toddler family passes cannot be combined with Alternative Passes (Sublime, Hookie or T-66).
