Have questions regarding season memberships? This section will answer all of them.

1. How do I book online?

First, choose the pass you want and add it to your cart. Then follow the reservation steps as appear on the screen, verify the information and proceed to payment.

2. When is the best time to buy my membership ?

To take advantage of our best deals, contact Guest Services at the end of every season.  

3. How can I buy my membership ?

You can purchase your subscription online, by phone at 1 866 253-8235 (toll-free) or at 819 681-3000, extension 70601, or in person by visiting the guest services at Chalet des Voyageurs.

4. How can I buy my membership ?

In the case of a renewal, your season pass from the previous year will automatically be reactivated. Only students from 16 to 29 years old obtaining a student pass must present themselves in one of our multi-services counter with a photo ID and full-time student proof (student card with picture and schedule of courses) in order to reactive their card.

For new pass owners, go to one of our multi-services counter with a photo ID. A proof of age will be requested for all the following subscriptions: peewee, children, youth, student, senior and master. Students must demonstrate they are in school full-time by presenting a student card and a schedule of classes.

5. What is a HOOKEY membership ?

A HOOKEY membership is valid Monday to Friday throughout the season. No restrictions apply on holiday weeks.

6. What is a Parent Pass?

A Parent Pass is a membership to share between parents. Both pictures will be on the membership card. One parent at a time can use the lifts. Must be purchased with a child season pass (12 years and under) All privileges are included. This pass is valid 7 days a week.

7. Can I pay for my membership by installments?

Until June 1, yes. Season passes as well as Snow School weekend programs can now be paid in 4 installments as part of a purchase program. To take advantage of this opportunity, you must visit the customer service between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. before June 1, 2011, and provide a piece of photo ID and a void check. You will then receive a contract including the complete terms and conditions. The 4 installments will be automatically taken from your bank account on July 15, August 15, September 15 and October 15. A $25 administrative fee applies.

8. Are there reductions for couples with no children?

Yes, spouses (including common-law) living at the same address can save money with a Couple membership . Proof of residence must be shown. Identification per person is required.

9. Is there a student membership ?

Yes, students up to 25 years that can provide a student identification card indicating a full-time status are eligible for the student membership with privileges. The student membership can also be part of the family plan.

Students from 6 to 29 years old can also purchase a student subscription without privileges upon presentation of a full time student proof such as a student card and a schedule of classes. This subscription is offered in the Fall.

10. Can I benefit from a relative age rate discount if my birthday is during the season?

Your age at the date of purchase will determine rates based on age. However, if you turn sixty-five during the season you can pay for your membership when it's most economical and wait to pick-up the membership on your birthday.

11. What is a Season Membership Cancellation request?

The season  membership is non-refundable and non-transferable. It is valid for the season it has been purchased for and cannot be carried into the next season if unused. Under special circumstances season memberships may be cancelled. All cancellation fees will be based on days used and are subject to an additional  $50 cancellation fee per Season Membership. All cancellations will be set up as a "Tremblant mountain money credit"

12. What should I do with a lost or stolen membership?

Immediately report your lost or stolen membership at any Guest Services counter. A service fee of $5 will be requested to reprint your pass. This fee is non refundable.

13. How can I purchase my « La Source » membership?

La Source Membership  offers an access to the gym (accessible to youths aged 16 years old and over),
Hot tubs, sauna, 5 pools, soap, shampoo, towel, locker and more.
Take advantage of the special price offered to Season Membership holders directly at La Source.

14. How does it work when you have different products on your card?

Exemple: I bought a T-66 Pass and a Latitude Card?

Your T-66 Pass is a priority on T-66 days. If you come on a non-T-66 day, one of your Latitude Card days will be used until there are no more unless you come during the restricted period of December 26, 2011 to January 1, 2012. If you have the ADR option and you come during the restricted period or your Latitude Card days are already used, you will be charged for a lift ticket including the discount effective on that day.

15. Do I have to pay Provincial Tax and Goods and Services Tax on my Season membership?

Yes, memberships are subject to both taxes. Royalties corresponding to 3% of the indicated price will be added to your invoice for all goods and services purchased in this establishment. This Royalty corresponds to the percentage of contribution settled by Tremblant's Resort Association.
