1. How to participate?


1.1 METHODOLOGY OF PARTICIPATION
No purchase necessary. To enter the Tremblant Monthly Contest, hereafter “the contest”, you must subscribe to Tremblant Communications or fill out the form at the section "Enter contest without subscribing to Tremblant communications" and enter your information into the survey.
Entries have to be made by the authorized account holder of the email address provided during the entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person to whom an Internet access provider, a provider of online services, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) assigns an email address. The supplier shall be responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the email address provided for the competition.

1.2 CONTEST DURATION
Contest begins October 28, 2016 to April 13, 2017.

1.3 DRAWS
The draws will be held one time per month, the last week day of the month, at the offices of the contest organizer located at Tremblant Resort. One (1) entry per day of contest will be drawn manually at random from all eligible entries received via the survey. The first entry chosen per day at random will be eligible to claim a prize. The odds of winning the grand prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

2. Prizes

2.1 DESCRIPTION OF PRIZE
  • October: A pair of lift tickets (valid Sunday to Friday for the 2016-2017 season. Value of $174)
  • November: SMITH ski goggles (value $260)
  • December: GoPro Hero 4 (value $479.99)
  • January: Snowshoe and Fondue Tour Access for 2 – snowshoe rentals included (value of $199.98)
  • February: One-night stay at Les Suites Tremblant for four (2 Adults/2 kids) (approximate value $200)
  • March: Transferable Tremblant Spring Pass (value $199)
  • April: Family Foursome Package (6h) Access valid for 4 persons (maximum of 2 adults of 18 years old and over) – Value of $72

3. Eligibility
The contest is open to legal residents of Canada and the United States of America who have reached the age of majority in the province or state in which they reside. Are not eligible for the contest: employees of the contest organizer, Intrawest ULC (“Intrawest”), their parent and affiliated companies, their sponsors, their advertising and promotional agencies, members of their immediate family (parents, children, siblings, husband / se) and those with whom they live. Void where prohibited. The contest is subject to federal laws and regulations, applicable provincial and municipal.

4. Claiming prizes
The winner will be notified by email and/or by phone by a contest organizer representative. The details regarding the recovery of the prize will then be discussed with the winner. Should the winner fail to reach the contest organizer in the week following the initial email or phone call notifying that they are eligible for the prize, the contest organizer can, at his complete discretion, cancel the draw and proceed to draw a new winner which will have to follow the same rules established in the present paragraph.

5. General rules
5.1 All prizes claimed are subject to verification by the contest organizer. Incomplete or late entries will automatically be rejected. The decision of the contest organizer is final and cannot be appealed.
5.2 The prize must be accepted as is and may not be transferred to another person, substituted for another prize or exchanged in whole or in part for money.
5.3 The prize winner releases the contest organizer and their representatives of all responsibility for any damage they might incur in accepting and using their prize.
5.4 By participating in this contest, the winner authorizes the contest organizer and their representatives to use, if required, the winner’s name, photograph, image, voice and/or declaration of their prize for publicity purposes, without financial compensation.
5.5 All contest entries become the property of the contest organizer and shall not be returned.
5.6 In the event that for any legally justifiable reason, including bankruptcy of one or more sponsor, or any other reason beyond the contest organizer’s control, and not related to the winner, a prize may not be awarded as described by the present rule, the contest organizer may award a similar prize of equal or greater value, or, at their discretion, the cash value of the prize. In such a case, anyone who wins the prize renounces any legal actions or appeals against the contest organizer.
5.7 The refusal to accept a prize releases the contest organizer from all obligations related to the said prize, including delivery of the prize.
5.8 The contest organizer will not be held responsible for late, lost, misdirected, illegible or incomplete, which would be cancelled. All entries must be original and must be submitted by the participant. Multiple entries, reproductions and faxed registrations are prohibited. The participant may eventually have to demonstrate to the contest organizer that owns the email address used for his entry.
5.9 If the Internet portion of the competition cannot operate as specified in these rules for any reason, including a virus or “bug”, computer tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the contest organizer and which affects, alters or corrupts the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the organizer has the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel the contest, terminate, modify or suspend, in whole or in part.
5.10 Quebec residents only. Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec (the “Régie”) for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of the prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
