Mont-Tremblant Reservations
We are the Official Central Reservation for Tremblant Resort and our services are provided to you absolutely free of charge. Our mission is to offer our guests a one-stop shop solution on behalf of our hotel members. You can reserve any of our lodging properties by visiting tremblant.ca or calling our central reservations office. Part of our mission is also making sure that you get the best price PERIOD. What this means is if you find a better price for your lodging anywhere on the Internet than the one you already reserved with us, we will match that price.


1. Lodging prices can change at any time and you may find a lower price once you have completed your reservation through us. In this case, we invite you to contact us up to 48 hours following the completion of your reservation. You must provide us with the website link where the price was found. We invite you to communicate directly with one of our customer care department (CCD) agents during normal operating hours or by sending an email to the following address: ccd@intrawest.com.

Your email must contain following:
  • Your name
  • Your reservation number
  • Your email address (if different than the one used for the reservation)
  • Your phone number
  • The property name of your accommodation
  • The exact type of unit (including number of bedrooms, number of beds, etc.)
  • The date of arrival and departure
  • The total number of units booked
  • The number of people in your party (adults and children)
  • The Internet address of the competing supplier
  • The lower accommodation price quoted in Canadian dollars.

2. The Best Price Guarantee is applicable to any available room type on the Internet, for the same unit type, the same date of arrival and departure, the same hotel or condo complex, the same management company, the same number of people and the same deposit and/or cancellation policies.

3. The lower accommodation price must be in Canadian dollars.

4. This guarantee does not apply to contracted group and/or corporate rates. It cannot be combined with any point redemption or loyalty programs. Also excluded are mailings and/or email offers as well as website offers where the property name remains unconfirmed until the transaction is completed.

Mont-Tremblant Reservations is not a travel agent as described in the Quebec's Travel Agents Act. Use of both e-commerce service and reservation call center are absolutely free of charge. This reservation services are provided by the Association de villégiature de la station Mont Tremblant Act.

Our e-commerce service is only intended to provide the user with the description, availability and pricing of goods and services sold by Tremblant's service providers and forwarding these reservations or purchase requests to those providers.

All transactions involve directly and exclusively the services provider and their customers.

Mont-Tremblant Reservations is neither the representative nor the agent of those providers and shall not be involved in any way in any claim or dispute that may arise between a service provider and their customers.

Unless otherwise indicated, prices displayed on the site are in Canadian dollars. Multi-day Tickets

Validity

  • The Multi-day Ticket must be purchased at least 48 hours in advance, online or by phone.


Delivery

  • You must pick-up your ticket at our Guest Services Desk, the Adventure Centre of the Sommet des Neiges hotel or ticket office (photo ID required).
  • If you purchased your Multi-day Ticket with onsite lodging, it will be delivered to your hotel.


Refund

  • Can be refunded up to 72 hours prior to first planned day of use.
  • Partial refund applies after this delay and will be awarded on a mountain gift card. Equal or superior value modifications allowed at any time.


Restrictions

  • Non-transferable (product cannot be transferred from one person to the next).

Latitude Card and additional lift tickets
Validity
  • The Latitude Card is valid at all times during the 2016-2017 ski season, except from December 26, 2016 to January 2, 2017 inclusive.
  • The Holiday Season Latitude Card is valid at all times during the 2016-2017 ski season, including from December 26, 2016 to January 2, 2017.
  • Once all initial days are used, your card entitles you to discounts on additional visits:

Tremblant Snow School
Validity
  • Dates are subject to change according to weather and snow conditions.
  • Lessons cancelled due to bad weather will be displaced to the end of the program calendar.

Booking
  • Booking online or by phone.
  • A valid credit card is required at time of booking and full payment will be taken to secure booking.
  • Subject to availability.
  • Lack of participation will result in the cancellation of the entire program.

Cancellations and Refund
  • Can be reimbursed in full on credit card, without any fee, before the beginning of the program.
  • If the program is underway, the Participant must pay the courses already taken plus a penalty under the Consumer Protection Act. The penalty is equal to the lesser of two amounts: $50 or 10% of the costs for the remaining lessons.

Restrictions
  • Lessons cannot be transferred, displaced or postponed.
  • Excludes access to lifts and rental.

Validity

  • This product is available 7 days per week during the 2016-2017 ski season.
  • No age restriction.

Winter Equipment Rentals
The damage waiver protection is included in your leasing contract. It protects yourself from costs of damage to little nicks, cuts and core shots. This protection plan does not include damage caused by reckless snowboarding. In case of breakage by negligence, $75 will be charged (plus royalty and taxes).
Rental period begins on the date the equipment was requested. In the case of a hotel delivery and if the delivery is requested before 2 p.m., the rental period begins the same day. If the delivery is requested after 2 p.m., the rental period begins the following day.
  • If the equipment is not returned by 10 a.m. following the last rental day, a charge will be added for each extra day.
  • If the equipment is stolen or lost, guest will be charged full retail value.
  • In case of breakage by act of negligence (ski or snowboard) guest will be charged an additional $75

If you do not return your rental equipment according to the date indicated on your leasing contract, the value of the equipment will be charged on your credit card as follows:

Golf

Tee Time
Select the desired tee times from the calendar below. Please indicate the total NUMBER OF PLAYERS. Appropriate Golf clothing is requested on both courses. Soft spikes only. Metal spikes may be changed at the Club House($). Within 48 hours, you will receive a detailled confirmation of your reservation informing you of the exact tee time reserved.

Reservation is made through a secure interface (SSL-128 bits of encryption) - the same kind of security used by financial web sites - with a credit card. Your credit card will not be charged for booking your tee time from this site. Your credit card will serve as the guarantee for the tee time. Final payment will be made at the golf course when you check in. You will be apprised of all charges before you enter your credit card information.

After you have made your reservation, you will receive a confirmation e-mail message indicating your reservation date, time and confirmation number. If you need to cancel your guaranteed tee time reservation, you must do so within 24 hours by contacting Tremblant's Reservation Center at 1 888 857-8001, every day from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET. Failure to cancel the tee time prior to the cancellation deadline may result in Tremblant charging your credit card for the total fees associated with the tee time reserved.
On the day of your game, please check-in at the Club House of the course you have reserved 15 minutes prior to your tee time. The golf cart is mandatory and is included in the golf fee. Only soft spikes shoes are allowed on our courses and proper golf dress code is required. The driving range is free for golfers with golf a tee time the same day. Non-players are not allowed on the course.

Conditions
  • Agree that Tremblant will charge your credit card per golfer for each tee time reservation that you make via this web site;
  • Acknowledge that Tremblant may use your credit card to guarantee the reservation

Panoramic Gondola

Validity

  • Each ticket is valid for a round trip to the summit.
  • The Unlimited Gondola Pass is valid from May 21 to October 16, 2016.
  • Free and unlimited forguests lodging at Tremblant in participating hotels, for the duration of their stay. Days of arrival and departure included.
  • Unlimited Gondola Pass included in 2016-2017 Ski Privileges for all unlimited season passes and Hookie pass is valid during summer 2016 only.
  • Complimentary access or ticket included in the 2015-2016 Ski Privileges is valid during summer 2016.
  • Complimentary access or ticket included in the 2016-2017 Ski Privileges is valid during summer 2016 or 2017.

    Lodging guests
  • If you purchased your ticket with onsite lodging at least 48 hours prior to your arrival, it will be delivered to your hotel.
  • Access tickets will be available for guests upon arrival at the front desk of the hotel. Please note that Lodging Privileges tickets cannot be obtained at our Guest Services Desk or tickets offices.
  • Tremblant Passholders and Cardholders
  • 2016-2017 Unlimited Season Passholders and Hookie Passholders can go directly to the lift with their Tremblant Pass to access the gondola during summer 2016. Complimentary Panoramic Gondola ticket for family and friends must be picked up at our Guest Services Desk.
  • 2016-2017 Sublime and T-66 Passholders and Latitude cardholders (all ages) can go directly to the lift with their Tremblant Passto use their free 1-day access during summer 2016.

Skate loan
  • Free skate loans to guests staying onsite from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. (maximum of 2 hours). Present your Tremblant Privileges ticket any day at the skating rink to take advantage of this opportunity.
Sliding Evenings

Availability

  • The activity is cancelled when temperature drops to -25°C or when it rains.


Purchase

  • Buy your tickets at the Centre Aventure ticket office, every day from 8 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.


Delivery

  • Pick up your free Sliding Evenings ticket directly at your hotel's front desk when lodging on site.


Restriction

  • Free for guests staying on site.
  • Activity open to kids 4 and over who are at least 90 cm tall (3'). For safety reasons, children cannot sit on an adult to slide.
  • Children 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult; one person per tube max.
Snowshoe and Fondue Tour

Validity

  • Minimum of 15 participants, maximum of 30.
  • This activity will take place every Friday and Saturday, from December 18, 2015 to March 16, 2016, except on December 25 and January 1, and on Wednesdays, February 17 and March 2 and 16, 2016.
  • Ticket is transferable (can be transferred from one person to another).
  • Dates are subject to change according to weather and snow conditions.
  • Seasonopening and closing datescan vary according to weather conditions.


Booking

  • Book at least 48 hours in advance by phone, online, or in person at our Guest Services Desk or at one of our multiservices counters.
  • Participants will join a group of 15 to 30 participants but can also book for a private event by calling 1-888-681-5978.
  • An email address, a phone number and a valid credit card are required upon booking. Full payment will be charged to guarantee booking.
  • Subject to availability.

  • Guests must pick up their tickets at our Guest Services Desk or at one of our multiservices counters.


Refund

  • Can be refunded up to 72 hours before the beginning of the activity.
  • If the minimal number of participants is not reached or in the case of adverse weather conditions, the activity will be cancelled and the participants will be reimbursed.


Restrictions

  • Participants must be at least 8 years old.
  • All participants must be able to walk with snowshoes for a 4-km distance.
Snowshoe on Mont Tremblant

Validity

  • A daily access or season pass is mandatory to access designated alpine touring areas.
  • Season pass valid throughout the 2016-2017 ski season, according to snow conditions.
  • Daily access valid only for the day it was purchased for.

Purchase

  • The daily access and season pass are available at the following locations:

    • Multiservice counter
    • Ticket office
  • Please fill out the following risk recognition and acceptance form and hand it in upon purchase of your pass or daily access.

Delivery

  • Immediately report your lost or stolen season pass at any Guest Services counter. A service fee of $5 will be requested to reprint your pass. This fee is non-refundable.

Refund

  • Daily access and Alpine Touring Season Pass can be refunded up to the first day of use during the 2016-2017 ski season, or until April 17, 2017 if not used.

Restrictions

  • These products are not transferable.
  • It is forbidden to climb or ski down the mountain outside of mountain operation hours.
Ziptrek Ecotours

Purchase

  • Purchase online 48 hours in advance only.
  • Purchase by phone or in person at the Guest Services Desk of Centre Aventure Sommet des Neiges.


Refund

  • Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance for full refund (72 hours for groups of 10 or more).
  • Refund provided or alternate tour booked if the activity is closed due to unforeseen events such as lighting.


Restrictions

  • For 7 years old and over.
  • 7 to 14 years old and under must be accompanied by a paying adult (15 years old and over).
  • Minimum weight: 34 kg (75 lb); maximum weight: 125 kg (275 lb).
  • Children under 34 kg (75 lb) who are over 7 years old can go tandem zipping with a guide (maximum 2 tandems per tour).
  • Maximum weight limit is subject to change due to weather conditions, without notice.
  • All participants must sign a waiver prior to the activity. Waivers for participants under the age of 18 must be signed by parent or legal guardian.
  • Tours run rain or shine.
  • Under no circumstances is a pregnant woman allowed to participate in the Ziptrek Ecotours activity.

Use of Drones

The use of commercial drones is only permitted with the express written consent of Mont Tremblant Resort. The use of any personal drones is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy may result in a warning or eviction from the property.

Events Security

In order to provide all guests with a quality experience while visiting the resort, Tremblant and its partners offer you public spaces that are exempt of alcohol and restricted areas. You are however free to consume alcoholic beverages on restaurant patios and in the village’s bar and inside licensed establishments.
We would like to remind you that coolers and folding chairs are also not permitted on the grounds.
