- SkiMax tickets are valid 7 days a week during the 2025/26 ski season except from December 27, 2025 to January 2, 2026 and February 14 to 20, 2026.
- SkiMax Weekday tickets are valid Monday to Friday, from November 27, 2025 to December 19, 2025, January 5, 2025 to February 6, 2026, and March 23 to April 17, 2026.
Purchase
- You must have your promotional code in hand to order.

Delivery
- You will receive an email containing a QR Code right after your purchase. You can pick up your ticket at the multiservice center or ticket printing kiosks.
- Delivery is possible with a service fee of $10 (royalty and taxes extra). You must add the service fee to your cart while completing your order online.
Refund
- Non-refundable.
- Expired and unused days: the prepaid value will be applied to the purchase of a day ticket at the regular price.
Restrictions
- Re-selling of SkiMax tickets is strictly forbidden, including to hotels and rental homes.
