- Ticket valid for the planned day of use (date specific).
Purchase
- Reservations recommended at all times.
- Can be purchased in advance online or by phone at 1-888-738-1777, or on site at the brind’O Aquaclub counter according to availability.
- The Combo waterplay area and fitness room is available on site at the brind’O Aquaclub counter only.
- Preferential rates are available for citizens of Mont-Tremblant, Montagnards and resort employees, upon presentation of proof of status and are valid on regular rates only.
- For a group reservation (20 people or more), contact us at 1-866-220-9022.
Delivery
- Your tickets will be sent to you by email 24 hours prior to day of the activity. Please present your electronic tickets directly at the brind’O Aquaclub counter.
Refund
- Can be refunded up to 72 hours prior to your activity, your tickets can be refunded on a credit card. Not refundable past this period.
Restrictions and rules
- Access is non-transferable (cannot be transferred from one person to another).
- To access the water slides, children aged 11 and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 and over.
- Access to the fitness room is reserved for people 16 years and over (with proof of ID).
- Wearing a bathing suit is mandatory.
- Children 2 years or under must wear a swim diaper. Only Little Swimmers type swim diapers are allowed.
- It is compulsory to take a shower before swimming.
- Wearing shoes or boots is prohibited.
- Aqua shoes are not permitted on the water slides.
- Bags and accessories are not allowed.
- Bring or consume food is prohibited.
- Running or shoving is prohibited.
- Climbing on the structure is prohibited.
- Alcohol and psychotropic substances are prohibited.
- Smoking or vaping is not permitted on site.
- Always respect on-duty attendants’ instructions.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

They are suited for all ages and more specifically for families with children aged 2 and over. Note children 2 years or under must wear a swim diaper. Only Little Swimmers type swim diapers are allowed.Are the lockers free to use?
Guests can use the lockers free of charge. A locker is included with your access (with a $5 cash deposit or proof of ID).Are there toddler-friendly infrastructures?
Two slides are specifically tailored for youngsters, with no age or height requirements.Can parents use the slides with their kids?
Yes, it is allowed to slide with a child of 12 years old and under.Is there a lifeguard on duty at all times?
Indoor supervision is provided at all times and outdoors as well, in summer.Is it a salt or chlorine-based water treatment system?
Brind’O Aquaclub is outfitted with a state of the art chlorine water treatment system.What is the temperature of the hot tubs?
The indoor hot tub is family friendly and is 96F. The outdoor whirlpool is 18 years and older and has 106F.Are towels still available free of charge?
Every guest receives a shower towel for the duration of their visit. Should you wish to bring your own towel, please do.What supplies and equipment are offered to locker room users?
The family change room is equipped with closed change stalls, showers, toilets, lockers and hair dryers. Soap and shampoo are available as well.Is it possible to use the showers only and if so, how much does it cost?
Access to the showers costs $6, royalty and taxes extra.

There are no height or weight requirements on the smaller slides and interactive waterplay games.Can I come and go as I please once I’ve paid?
No, the access period to the slides is consecutive only. The same applies to the use of the fitness room.What is the dress code to access the aquatic facilities?
To access the water games, the hot tubs, the paddling pool and the outdoor swimming pool, all guests are required to wear a bathing suit (burkinis are accepted) during their visit. No cotton clothing is accepted. We reserve the right to determine whether a bathing suit is appropriate or not. Note children 2 years or under must wear a swim diaper. Only Little Swimmers type swim diapers are allowed.Are pets permitted?
Only documented service pets are allowed access. Please contact the Brind’O Aquaclub team in advance to confirm the presence of a companion pet.Are strollers and wheelchairs permitted?
The environment is adapted to welcome youngsters and persons with reduced mobility; this includes the waterplay games, fitness centre and lockers.How deep are the pools? Should I bring a personal flotation device for my child or do you provide them on site?
No flotation devices are permitted on the slides. Personal lifejackets and flotation devices are nevertheless allowed in the indoor jetted hot tub and outdoor pool. A few life vests are available for guests.
