Volunteers

Jump into the action and take part in major events!

Becoming a full-time or a part-time volunteer for Station Mont Tremblant means being part of a great team, meeting new people, and sharing unforgettable moments together. It's also jumping right into the action! Major events such as an international ski competition and the Tremblant's 24h bring their lot of challenges and volunteers are always needed to make these events a success for our guests! Setting up a slalom course, grooming a jump, being a door judge; the tasks to perform during a season are diverse and very interesting.
Our program is twofold: part-time or full-time (18 days during the year).

Full-time volunteers

A season pass valid 7 days a week during the ongoing ski season (including the holiday season).
Complimentary lunch on your workdays.
Discounts on-site: 50% off on food in our cafeterias when you are at work and 15% off on your off days, 10% off in SMT Boutiques (non-transferable) and 10% rebate on Tremblant Snow School lessons.
Recognition bonuses based on the number of years served: Unlimited season passes for your spouse and children and decrease in the number of days required during the year.

Part-time volunteers

One lift ticket per workday (between 8 and 10 hours depending on the event). The tickets are valid during the ongoing ski season, except during the high season (December 27, 2022 to January 5, 2023 and February 18 to 23, 2023).
Complimentary lunch on your workdays.
