Marking
- Courses are officially marked on the trails. You can come and check them out!
- Special attention has been paid to the race courses’ marking. However, it is the runner's responsibility to follow the correct course according to his or her distance. Please be vigilant.
Aid Stations
- Aid stations will offer water and energy drinks on the 5, 10, 20 and 30km courses.
- A post-race refreshment station for all runners will be set-up at the finish line with water, fruit and hot vegetable broth.
- Note that there will be no containers for liquids at the aid stations (no bottles or glasses). You must therefore bring a container to drink (bottle, hydration bag). This way, we reduce waste for a more eco-friendly event.
Cut-off Times
- There will be time limits for the 20 and 30km. The cut-off times are available on the course map.

Day's schedule
The start, finish and exhibitors’ site are all located at the Croisée des Chemins plaza (top of the Cabriolet lift).

Bib collection
- Race bibs will be available for pick up on Friday October 18 from 5 p.m to 9 p.m at Salomon Tremblant, and on the morning of the race from 6:30 a.m at centre multiservice up to 30 minutes before your start.
- We strongly recommend that you arrive at least one hour before your start time to pick up your bib and prepare for your race.
- Another person can pick up your bib upon presentation of proof of registration.
Age categories
- 30km (men / women): 16 years old and over
- 20km (men / women): 12 years old and over
- 10km (men / women): 10 years old and over
- 5km (men / women): 7 years old and over
- 3km (men / women): 4 years old and over
- 1km (boys / girls): 12 years old and under
Awards
- Trophies will be awarded to the top 3 in the 3, 5, 10, 20 and 30km distances. All medal winners will have to pick them up themselves at the Salomon Tremblant tent set-up for this purpose upon announcements of the results to be published on ms1timing.com with your race bib number.
- Overall male and female podiums with prizes for 3km / 5km / 10km / 20km / 30km.
- Podiums by distance/men/women/all ages will be awarded to the top 3 finishers in each distance as they cross the finish line.
Transfers, modifications and cancellation
- Since all distances are sold out, there is no more changes possible.
- No refunds if the race takes place.
Rules
- The bib must be placed horizontally on the front and visible throughout the race.
- Poles are accepted.
Race day discount
The Salomon Tremblant shop is offering a 20% discount on your purchases of the day on Friday October 18 from 5 p.m to 9 p.m, and the day of the event. This discount applies to regular priced items only at the Salomon boutique in Tremblant upon presentation of your race bib. All details in store. In 2019 and 2021, La Classique Salomon was very proud of receiving a level 2 eco responsible certificate from the BNQ recognized by the Conseil québécois des événements écoresponsable (Sustainable Event Council). To preserve our environment, the organization is committed to take concrete actions to reduce the course’s footprint, educate and share good practices:
• In 2022, 85% of materials were diverted from landfill and 4g of waste was generated per participant. Here are the figures: 6.3kg of waste, 19.6kg of recycling and 15.8kg of compost.
• The 3-RV rule should be respected: Reduce – Reuse – Recycle and Valorization – no glass will be offered on the course, participants must bring their own bottle to refill.
• The "no footprint" will be a major guideline during each trek.
• Participants should remain on the trails to avoid erosion.
• In order to reduce the GHG (greenhouse gases), we encourage the carpooling and public transports.
