  • Ski Butlers rental delivery must be reserved 48 hours in advance online or by phone 1-866-783-5633.
  • A reservation requires a minimum of 2 days of rental. Reservations between December 27, 2025 and January 2, 2026 require a minimum of 3 days of rental.
  • To help us prepare your equipment in advance, certain information will be requested at the time of booking (weight, height, age, skill level, and shoe size).
  • The equipment will be delivered directly to your hotel room, condo, or chalet, between 7 a.m and 7 p.m.
  • Ski Butlers will be reaching out at the latest 48 hours before your arrival to gather some additional information.
  • You will be contacted again 24 hours before delivery to confirm the order.
No. Pricing includes skis, boots, poles, and full delivery, support, and pickup services. Helmets, goggles, and damage coverage are add-ons.
  • If there is an issue with your rental equipment, simply call or message Ski Butlers, and they will be on-site as soon as possible.
  • If your boots do not fit, other options will be brought to you.
  • If your skis are not the right size, a new pair will be provided from their extensive inventory.
A Ski Butlers representative is available at the base of the Express Gondola to provide any support you may need during your stay.
The equipment must be returned either to the Ski Valet or directly to Ski Butlers (as arranged at the time of delivery).
