- Bike, padlock and helmet included in the rental.
Purchase
- Book at least 24 hours in advance online or by phone at 1-888-738-1777. For any reservation within 72 hours, please contact The Tremblant Activity Centre at 819-681-4848.
- Full payment will be taken at time of reservation.
Refund
- No refund for cancellations 2 days or less prior to the activity or if you do not show up for the activity.
- Cancellations or changes made 3 days or more of the start dates are subject to a 20% charge of the total reservation amount.
Restrictions
- Bring a backpack with sunscreen, water, insect repellent, and a lunch if needed.
- Dress appropriately for the weather conditions.
- A helmet and closed-toe shoes are mandatory.
- Please use the lock provided whenever you leave your bike unattended.
- One driver's license or passport per group is required to rent a bike.
- A security deposit is required at the time of rental: $250 per bike, $500 per electric bike (maximum $1,000 per group). The deposit may be paid by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express) or cash.
- Minimum requirements by bike type:
- Mountain bike (full suspension): 145 cm (4 ft 9 in) and taller.
- Electric mountain bike (full suspension): 142 cm (4 ft 8 in) and taller, ages 18+ or ages 14+ with a Class 6D moped licence.
- Fat bike: 130 cm (4 ft 3 in) and taller.
- Electric fat bike: 163 cm (5 ft 4 in) and taller, ages 18+ or ages 14+ with a Class 6D moped licence.
