- Book at least 72 hours in advance online or by phone at 1-888-738-1777. For any reservation within 72 hours, please contact the Activity Centre at 819-681-4848.
- Full payment will be taken at time of reservation.
Delivery
- Client must arrive 30 minutes in advance at the platform with your confirmation, to guarantee your seat. Otherwise, availability is on a first arrived, first served basis after the meeting time.
Refund
- No refund for cancellations 2 days or less prior to the activity or if you do not show up for the activity.
- Cancellations or changes made 3 days or more of the start dates are subject to a 20% charge of the total reservation amount.
Restrictions
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Dogs are not allowed on the cruise.
- It is forbidden to bring food or beverage.
- Smoking is not allowed on the boats.
- Transportation not included from the Activity Centre.
