- Purchase online 48 hours in advance, or at all times by phone at 1-888-738-1777 or in person at the Guest Services Desk of Centre Aventure Sommet des Neiges.
Refund
- For full refund, cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.
- Refund provided or alternate tour booked if the activity is closed due to unforeseen events such as lighting.
Restrictions
- For 6 years old and over.
- 6 to 14 years old and under must be accompanied by a paying adult (15 years old and over).
- Minimum weight: 34 kg (75 lb); maximum weight: 114 kg (250 lb).
- Wearing a helmet and harness is mandatory.
- All participants must sign a waiver prior to the activity. Waivers for participants under the age of 18 must be signed by parent or legal guardian.
- Tours run rain or shine.
- Pregnant women are not allowed to enter this activity.
