The activity runs from December 17, 2025, to April 4, 2026, from Wednesday to Saturday. Additional dates are added during the holiday season and school breaks. To check availability and reserve your spot, please select a date in the booking module.

Program
3:30 p.m Meeting and snowshoes pick up at Ski Valet service at the base of the Panoramic gondola
4 p.m Arrival at the top of the mountain via the gondola, followed by a guided 2 km trail walk down to the refuge
5 p.m Arrival at Le Refuge du Trappeur
5:15 p.m Dinner service begins
8 p.m Guests leave the cabin with their guide to get back down to the pedestrian village (3 km walk)
9 p.m - 10 p.m Arrival at the base of the mountain

Validity
  • Minimum of 20 participants, maximum of 32.
  • Dates are subject to change according to weather and snow conditions.
  • Season opening and closing dates can vary according to weather conditions.

Booking
  • You can book online until 11:59 p.m the day before the activity, or by phone at 1-866-783-5637 until 5 p.m the day before. You can also reserve in person on the same day until noon at the multiservice centre.
  • Participants will join other groups, for a total of 20 to 32 participants. Table seating is not predetermined.
  • Private groups can be arranged by calling 1-888-681-5978 or by writing to corpo@tremblant.ca.
  • An email address, a phone number and a valid credit card are required upon booking. Full payment will be charged to guarantee booking.

Delivery
  • Lift tickets will be handed out by the guide, when meeting at the Ski Valet service.
  • Rented snowshoes will be handed to you at the Ski Valet service at the meeting time.

Equipment Rental
  • Winter coat and pants rental is available, you can now book online. To pick up the clothes, please go to the multiservice centre at least 30 minutes before the scheduled meeting with the tour guide.
  • Rented snowshoes will be handed to you  at the Ski Valet service at the meeting time.

Refund
  • Refunds possible up to 72 hours before the beginning of the activity.
  • If the minimal number of participants is not reached (20 participants), the participants will be notified within 24 hours prior to the activity.
  • In the case of adverse weather conditions, the activity will be cancelled and the participants will be reimbursed.

Restrictions
  • Participants must be at least 13 years old.
  • All participants must be able to walk with snowshoes for a 5 km distance.
  • Participants must wear clothes and winter boots adapted to the weather (multiple layers recommended).
  • No changes will be brought to the menu for allergies or food intolerances.
