Terms and Conditions

Validity

SkiMax tickets are valid 7 days a week during the 2023/24 ski season. Tickets are not valid from February 17 to 22, 2024.
SkiMax tickets are entirely transferable.

Purchase

Tickets are on sale from February 27 to March 4, 2024, from 1 p.m.
You must have your promotional code in hand to order.

Delivery

You will receive an email containing a QR code. You can pick up your ticket at the multiservice centre or ticket printing kiosks.
Delivery is possible with a service fee of $10 (royalty and taxes extra). You must add the service fee to your cart while completing your order online.

Refund

Non-refundable.
Expired and unused days: The prepaid value will be applied to the purchase of a day ticket at the regular price.

Restrictions

Re-selling of SkiMax tickets is strictly forbidden, including to hotels and rental homes.
