- December 22, 2026, to January 2, 2027, February 12 to 20, 2027:
- Cancellations/modifications made 30 days or more prior to arrival, deposit will be fully refundable less an administration fee of 10% of the total value of the stay.
- Cancellations/modifications made within 29 days to arrival, no refund and no credit possible.
