Regular cancellation policy
- Cancellations made 3 days or more prior to arrival, deposit will be fully refundable.
- Cancellations made 2 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit.
- There is no service fee for a change of date, unless one of the cancellation policies applies. There is no service fee for a name change. If the number of people changes, there will be a new pricing depending on the number of occupancies.
Exceptions
- December 20, 2024 to January 4, 2025:
- Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to arrival, the deposit will be fully refundable.
- Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival, the total amount of the reservation will be automatically charged to your credit card account.
- February 14 to 22 and March 7 to 15, 2025:
- Cancellations made 8 days or more prior to arrival, the deposit will be fully refundable.
- Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to arrival, the total amount of the reservation will be automatically charged to your credit card account.
