Restrictions
- Tickets purchased in advance are valid for the planned day of use.
- Valid throughout the 2025/26 ski season, with a limited number of units available each day.
- Note that First Tracks are only available from December 20, 2025 to March 22, 2026.
Purchase
- Must be purchased online, by phone at 1-888-738-1777 or in person at the multiservice centre or Guest Services Desk.
- The Reserve Tremblant daily Add-on can only be purchased in person at the multiservice centre or Guest Services Desk.
- Toddler tickets must be purchased at multiservice centre or by phone at 1-888-738-1777.
Delivery
- You must pick up your ticket at the multiservice centre or ticket printing kiosks the day before or day of your arrival.
- A QR Code will be sent to you by email 24 hours prior to the first planned day of use. You can pick up your tickets at one of our ticket printing kiosks.
- If you purchased your ticket with onsite lodging 72 hours before your arrival, it will be delivered to your hotel.
Refund
- Can be refunded up to 72 hours prior to first planned day of use. Not refundable past this period.
Restrictions
- Non-transferable (product and discounts cannot be transferred from one person to the next).
