The new gym and fitness room at the brind’O Aquaclub family aquatic centre offers state-of-the-art equipment and personalized training services with certified experts. The new space has been optimized with higher ceilings while a multi-movement training station maximizes the free space on the floor. A wide glass wall overlooking the aquatic playground brings nice light to the room. Training equipment and tools have been chosen to cater to needs of a varied clientele: both athletes in intensive training and occasional gym-goers will be pleased.

Restrictions
- Access valid for the duration of the chosen membership or the number of private training sessions purchased.
- Users of the training room must be 16 years of age or older.
Purchase and reservation
- Access to the training room must be purchased at the Brind'O counter only.
- The Water Games and Training Room Combo must be purchased at the Brind'O Aquaclub counter only.
- 6 and 12-month memberships offer financing for the purchase of a private training program. This option must be selected when purchasing the membeship
- Access to the training room is included with the purchase of semi-private training sessions, for the duration of each session (60 minutes).
- For group training sessions, the booking process is based on the new session schedule.
- Preferential rates are available for citizens of Mont-Tremblant, Montagnards and resort employees, upon presentation of proof of status and are valid on regular rates only.
Refund
- Memberships are non-refundable. You may pause your membership in the case of injury, upon presentation of a medical certificate. The end date of the membership may then be postponed.
- Private and semi-private training sessions that are reserved in advance are refundable up to 72 hours before the first day of use. Non-refundable after this period.
Restrictions
- Access is non-transferable (cannot be transferred from one person to another).

With a wide range of personal athletic training, certification and experience, they will be able to meet specific needs of visitors, regardless of the level. Whether you are a runner, triathlete, skier, swimmer or other, they will give you great advice and offer a personalized program to allow you to reach your goals.

Are the lockers free?
Guests can use the lockers free of charge. A locker is included with your access (with a $5 cash deposit or proof of ID).What supplies and equipment are offered to locker room users?
The family change room is equipped with closed change stalls, showers, toilets, lockers and hair dryers. Soap and shampoo are available as well.Is it possible to use the showers only and if so, how much does it cost?
Access to the showers costs $6, royalty and taxes extra.Are towels still available free of charge?
Every guest is provided with a towel for the duration of their visit. Guests can also bring their own, should they wish to do so.
